The Fine Art Of Conflict Management <ul><li>Conclusion </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Although there are many ways to resolve conflict a good start is to remain calm, be honest, and treat each other with respect. Understand that there is always a solution to the problem, but it might not be our solution that is the best one. </li></ul></ul>
