    1. The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board owns and operates several websites to further the agency's mission and goals. The Coordinating Board is dedicated to the continual improvement of service delivery, using customer comments to help improve services and minimize response times. Texas Higher Education Data, www.txhighereddata.org, created and maintained by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. Community and technical college degree program proposals are acknowledged within 10 working days, complete proposals are acted upon within 30 days. Higher Education Topics and Interactive Access to Data sections have links for accessing interactive reports and queries. Links to standard and/or static reports are located in Reports/Statistics. Universities and health-related institutions' non-doctoral proposals submitted in complete form and received before a quarterly board meeting are considered no later than the third quarterly meeting following the proposal submission.
