  2. 2. The Facts<br />CCU enrolls approximatly 300 majors<br />Classes ranging from 20 to 50 students<br />Individual attention is available to all students<br />undergraduate degree programs provide students with a solid background in the traditional areas of psychology<br />

Psychology as a Major at CCU<br />Offers students a thorough foundation in research design/ methodology and statistics<br />Psychology majors will be exposed to experimental psychology, developmental and social psychology, and areas in clinical assessment<br />The psychology department offers both B.A. and B.S. degrees<br />36 credit hours in approved course work is required to complete the major<br />

Organizations<br />PSI CHI - National Honor Society in Psychology<br />CCU Chapter of Psi Chi has been active since 1990<br />Open to Psychology Majors or Minors and who have maintained a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher<br />PSYCHOLOGY CLUB - student-run social organization open to all students with an interest in Psychology<br />sponsors fund raisers for local organizations, invites speakers to campus, and arranges trips to local and regional psychology conferences<br />active since 1993<br />
