1. DESCRIPTION
Located 11 Kms from Kwanda Base by Road and 5 Km by boat on the city of Soyo ,
province of Zaire, on the North part of the Republic of Angola.
The Resort is using an area of about 15000 sqmeters from the total property of Kinwica
( 33.000 sqmeteres) and it holds a total of 33 individual lodges (2 people) and a common
lodge for 10 people. The lodges are equipped with electricity, internet access, (Wi-Fi Zone
by satellite source) remote controlled air conditioning hot and cold running water. As well
as equipped with all necessary furniture, bedding and equipment needed for simple
function. In the interior of the lodges there is a small area designated for prepare small
meals complete with sink, microwave, refrigerator and a small space for storage.
As a complement of the lodging capacity there is a complete catering infrastructure
including Industrial kitchen completely equipped with cooking room, refrigeration area, food
warehouse, restaurant, bar, and an exterior meals area with capability to serve 60 to 80
people at a time.
We also offer at a 600 sq meters area with interchangeable walls that might be used as a
extensive conference room , fitness center or training room , fully equipped with chairs
tables and other devices.

A Guard House and Reception Building are also included.
The Architectonic Conception of our resort was not only designed around the existing
vegetation but also taking in consideration all it’s natural surroundings. With the Natural
Topography of this area the structures are arranged and distributed to blend into the natural
environment providing privacy and comfort for lodgers while respecting the existing natural
vegetation in the area.
Resort area also has its own streets and side walks built to create easy access to and
between lodges along with designated parking area with capacity to hold seventy-five cars.

Each lodge is prepared to provide an area for relaxing space with privacy for
the lodger
There is gardens and resting areas along the grounds to serve as an incentive
for lodgers to remain and circulate at lodging area even in the evening with the
help of lighting that is installed along the ground of the lodging area.
The Resort area in itself is fenced in and have the support of twenty four hour
guards to control the access of vehicles and people in and out to the lodging
area.
2. SUPPORT FACILITIES
There are several support facilities installed, namely a Guard House a Reception
Building a completely equipped Laundry with industrial washing machines,
dryers and industrial ironing devices, a 300 sqmeters Maintenance warehouse to
hold all spare parts, tools and necessary devices to perform the maintenance and
operation of the resort itself, namely the Generators the water tanks, central
pressure system, vehicles etc., a private river marina, with capability to hold 3
boats and now equipped with 2 to be used as water shuttles from the resort to
Kwanda base , and a set of 2 vehicles to perform a ground shuttle service to all
lodgers/trainees from the resort to the airport or Kwanda Base, are the complete
set of support facilities installed at the moment
3. RELAXING SUPPORT
Independently of all mentioned facilities installed at the moment we also have
erected a wide range of relaxing spots along the resort that include a Beach
Volley Court a Swimming Pool a Pool Table several barbeque spots, rest
benches and tables to increase the environment of well being of the lodgers.
