OUR OPERATIONS:
Currently, GloboBoss has its operations in five cities of the country. Our regional offices are in
Hyderabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Mardan and the head office is located in Karachi.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS:
In the short span of three years, we have organized more than twenty commercial, branded and
charity events in Peshawar, Mardan and Islamabad, establishing several clients of events, SMS
marketing and Promotion activities nationwide. A brief summary of our top events is given
below:
First Khyber Women Expo 2008: The First Khyber Women Expo was organized by
GloboBoss on 1st, 2nd and 3rd March 2008 in Deans Trade Centre Peshawar. The event was
inaugurated by Mrs. Governor N.W.F.P. and was sponsored by Lazeeza Kheer, UBL Fund
Mangers and NBP. The estimated gathering of 15,000 people participated in the event from the
entire province. The number of stalls (of women oriented products) was 100.
Valentines’ Evening: Another trademark of GloboBoss is the management of Valentines’
Evening on 14th Feb, 2007 in the Peshawar City. A gathering of more than 10,000 people made
the event successful. More than 50 stalls were operated at the venue to serve gathering.
PTV Award Show 2008: PTV award show 2008 with the name Pakhtun Khan Adabi,
Sakhawati, Malgri Award show was organized by GloboBoss on 6th Mar, 2008. The event was
inaugurated by CM Peshawar Mr. Ameer Ahmed Khan. Other Guests of Honor were
Information Minister Miyan Iftekhar Hussain and Sports & Culture Minister Syed Aqil Shah.
More than 5000 people participated in the event.

At GloboBoss Consultancy, we see exhibitions as an effective tool to bring together

We are a major Event Production Company staging events and concerts throughout the World.
We utilize our established relationships with Artists, major talent agencies, and management
companies to provide you with quality entertainment. We provide full logistical support for
corporate events including hotel acquisition, event management and stage sound & lighting
equipment.
We provide our client peace of mind by bringing together all the talent, experience, and care in
portraying your event in an image enhancing light with a spectacular, unforgettably well staged
production. GloboBoss provides the event planning, event management & event production
including:
Event Budget: We work with Budgets that range from Rs. 500,000 to 10,000,000.
Event Development: We work closely with our client and staff in the pre-production phases
including site selection, theme, structure, corporate key note speakers, entertainment, media and
catering requirements incorporating all aspects into the production timeline and proposed show
running order.
The Event: Our expert "hands on" management team and staff will be onsite from set-up
through completion. We oversee all aspects of the production so you, your staff and the attendees
can focus on your message and presentation.
Ancillary Meeting & Social Functions: In addition to the main event, many of our clients
require break out meeting sessions and social functions that include catering, media and
entertainment. We assist in the coordination of these functions working with the client, the venue
and any third party vendors to fulfill our client's needs.
Staging & Technical: After the client has decided on a venue, theme etc., we work closely with
the venue staff and it's vendors to implement the overall requirements of your event. This will
include staging, lighting, sound, media requirements, labor, security and credentialing.
Corporate Entertainment: This is one of the most integral portions of any event and is a great
vehicle for corporate brand building. Based on your theme, venue selection, entertainment
budget and Performing Artist(s) selected, we will negotiate with the Artist(s) and their
Management regarding fees and their rider requirements to ensure a great performance for your
event. Our long standing relationships with many of the top performers of our time, allows us
negotiate performing rates well below the standard rates charged to the general public.
Concert Production & Concert Management:
GloboBoss is a full service entertainment production company. Specializing in concert tours,
trade shows, corporate, and other special events, we are well known for creating events that
reach their maximum potential. From innovative concepts and designs through coordinating
every stage of production, we provide our clients the tools to communicate effectively with their
audience. GloboBoss combines its dedicated, motivated, and highly experienced employees with

Production: Our concert production staff meets early on with our clients to review the proposed
event. Working within budgets, specifications and timeframes, we perform a detailed review of
the venue location, designing system arrays with our custom software. Upon the client’s
approval, our production team will coordinate all aspects of the event, including stage setup,
speaker installations and the monitoring of all sound reinforcement from stage to front of house.
Throughout the production process, however, we continue to maintain a focused dialogue with
the customer. Through careful planning, preparation and post-event follow, we provide
successful events for the most demanding and discriminating of clientele.
