1. UP Solution names Timothy Dunn as Director of Direct Sales and Operation
Hackensack, N.J., September 1, 2009 – UP Solution, Inc., powered by United Merchant
Services, announced the appointment of Timothy Dunn as the Director of Direct Sales and
Operations. Mr. Dunn will be responsible for opening and maintaining the direct sales forces
through UP Solution-branded showrooms across the nation. Mr. Dunn joins UP Solution from
myARCworld, Inc., where he served as the VP of Sales and Marketing.

Tim Dunn has over 15 years of payment processing experience holding managerial roles at many

member of the ETA Technology Committee. Tim will report directly to Bryan Daughtry, UP
Solution’s VP of Sales and Marketing.
