Aim <ul><li>To compare the endometrial thickness and the vascular parameters in the follicle, endometrium and the uterine artery, in conception cycles with different stimulation protocols, viz. clomiphene citrate, rFSH and clomiphene citrate + rFSH. </li></ul><ul><li>To find out if there is difference in the optimum conditions with all the three protocols. </li></ul>

  • 11. Conclusions <ul><li>Clomiphene citrate has marginally negative effect on the perifollicular and the uterine artery flows, which probably may be the reason of lower pregnancy rates. </li></ul>
  • 12. Conclusions <ul><li>Equivalent pregnancy rates can be achieved if optimum doppler parameters are awaited before the HCG administration, no matter what protocol is used for stimulation. </li></ul>
