  • 1. Comparison of preHCG follicullar, endometrial and uterine artery parameters with different stimulation protocols in conception cycles DR. SONAL., MD. DR. C.B.NAGORI. MD., DGO. Dr. Nagori’s Institute for Infertility and IVF “ KEDAR”, Opp. Petrol pump, Nr. Parimal garden, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad 380006
  • 2. Aim
    • To compare the endometrial thickness and the vascular parameters in the follicle, endometrium and the uterine artery, in conception cycles with different stimulation protocols, viz. clomiphene citrate, rFSH and clomiphene citrate + rFSH.
    • To find out if there is difference in the optimum conditions with all the three protocols.
  • 3. Observations
  • 4. Perifollicular RI
  • 5. Perifollicular PSV
  • 6. Endometrial thickness
  • 7. Endometrial RI
  • 8. Endometrial PI
  • 9. Uterine artery RI
  • 10. Uterine artery PI
  • 11. Conclusions
    • Clomiphene citrate has marginally negative effect on the perifollicular and the uterine artery flows, which probably may be the reason of lower pregnancy rates.
  • 12. Conclusions
    • Equivalent pregnancy rates can be achieved if optimum doppler parameters are awaited before the HCG administration, no matter what protocol is used for stimulation.
  • 13. THANK YOU DR. NAGORI’S INSTITUTE FOR INFERTILITY AND IVF, ‘ KEDAR, NR.PARIMAL GARDEN, ELLISBRIDGE, AHMEDABAD. 380006
