      • Violation of Uniform Code;
    5. Green
      • Classroom Expectation Violation;
    6. Green
      • Personal Conduct on Hallways and/or Corridor Violations;
    7. Green
      • Lateness to school or classes without a valid excuse;
    8. Green
      • Littering school property;
    9. Green
      • Horseplay, including but not limited to, throwing any object in classroom, corridor and hallways;
    10. Green
      • Chewing in Class;
    11. Green
      • Being unprepared for class (no homework, missing textbooks , assignment and school supplies);
    12. Green
      • Bicycle violation.
    13. Green
      • Visit of the parent/guardian to the office.
      • A Behavior Improvement form will be
      • filled out by student along with 200, properly numbered lines in essay form.
      • 2. The maximum number of green slips that a student can obtain is five .
      • 3. Each green slip will warrant an assigned task to be completed in 2 hours .

    16. Yellow
      • Excess of Green Slip violations;
    17. Yellow
      • Disorderly conduct on and off campus;
    18. Yellow
      • Unexcused absence from class;
    19. Yellow
      • Disrespectful conduct in class;
    20. Yellow
      • Absence from school functions;
    21. Yellow
      • Use of profane language;
    22. Yellow
      • Student Furniture Policy Violation;
    23. Yellow
      • Public Transportation Policy Violation
    24. Yellow
      • Visit of the parent/guardian to the office.
      • 2. A Behavior Improvement form will be filled out by student along with a reflection paper 200 properly numbered lines in essay form and the memorization and recital of a poem during assembly/devotion.
      • The maximum number of yellow slips that a student can obtain is four .
      • Each yellow slip will warrant an assigned
      • task to be completed within 4 hours .

      • Excess of prior Slip violations;
    29. Blue
      • Defiance of Authority;
    30. Blue
      • Displaying Signs of Violence;
    31. Blue
      • Care of school property policy violation;

      • Disrespectful behavior during assembly/devotion service;
    33. Blue
      • Threatening Language;
    34. Blue
      • Behavior that endangers the safety of others;
    35. Blue
      • Sexual or discriminatory harassment;
    36. Blue
      • Tattoos;
    37. Blue
      • Courting;
    38. Blue
      • Violation of public functions code;
    39. Blue
      • Possession of drug/alcohol paraphernalia (i.e. cigarette lighters and matches).

      • Visit of the parent/guardian to the office.
      • A Behavior Improvement form will be filled out by student in addition to 200 properly numbered lines in essay form.
      • 2. Each slip warrants a Jug : assigned task to be completed in 6 hours (One day suspension) .
      • 3. Completion of 1 creative educational sanction- the
      • following sanctions may be issued (referral to conflict
      • mediation; referral to anger management; letter of apology
      • to be read at school assembly/devotion; referral to
      • counseling; interview a staff member/principal; referral to
      • spiritual guidance.)
      • 4. The maximum number of blue slips that a student can
      • obtain is three .

      • Excess of prior Slip Violations ;
    44. Pink
      • Fighting and/or Assault on/off campus;
    45. Pink
      • Possession of weapons;
    46. Pink
      • Use and possession of illegal drug;
    47. Pink
      • Theft;
    48. Pink
      • Overt Courting Misconduct;
    49. Pink
      • Alcohol Violation;
    50. Pink
      • Plagiarism and Cheating;
    51. Pink
      • Possession or use of occult devices to invoke evil spirits, such but not limited to ouigi board, tarot cards.
    52. Pink
      • Visit of the parent/guardian to the office.
      • A Behavior Improvement form will be filled out by student in addition to 200 properly numbered lines in essay form.
      • For each slip the student is given working assignment,
      • equivalent to 18 hours (three days suspension) determined by the type of violation.
      • 4. Counseling sessions and/or referral to a Program of Assistance
      • Parent conference
      • 5. The maximum number of pink slips that a student can obtain is
      • two .
      • 6. A student will be placed on disciplinary probation when he/she
      • is about to surpass the maximum number of all levels of slips.

      • Conduct Probation Violation;
    56. Red
      • Drug Trafficking, Parenting Violations;
    57. Red
      • Use of weapons to threaten or harm others;
    58. Red
      • Obtaining the maximum number of all levels of slips.
    59. Red This is a formal notification that the student is not in good judicial standing with the high school. The disciplinary committee comprised of Jug Master/Mistress, Heads of Departments, and Principal will convene to discuss the disciplinary case. Withdrawal and possible non re-admittance.
