Administrators As of right now June, Jim, and Jesus will be the administrators in charge of the blog. What does that mean? We are in charge of: updating of the bulletin board, monitoring comments members leave, inviting and adding members to the list, etc.

How Administrators do their job Logging into the blog Managing Users: Scroll up to “My Dashboard,” select “users,” click on “invites,” and fill out member information. (NOTE: We will need to write a general statement of invitation to send in each invite) After we send our invite the member will receive an email asking them to sign up with wordpress.com and create a user name and password. The member will need to then reply to our email sending us their user name to be added to the list (if the member does not reply they will be registered but not have access to the blog). Administrators will need to log in, go to “My Dashboard,” click on “options,” click on “privacy,” and then add the user name.

(NOTE: The time of approval depends on the availability of the administrators to respond to confirmation emails) ***Administrators Role: approving/disapproving of comments will be the main part of the member/administrator relationship.

Their passwords will be secured through wordpress.com
