  • 2. And sorry I could NOT travel BOTH roads diverged in a yellow wood, TWO
  • 3. And be ONE traveler, LONG I stood
  • 4. And looked down one as far as I COULD To where it in the undergrowth; BENT
  • 5. Then took the other, as just as fair, And having PERHAPS the better claim,
  • 6. Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
  • 7. Had worn them really about the same , Though as for that the passing there
  • 8. And both that morning EQUALLY lay In leaves no step had trodden black.
  • 9. Oh, I kept the first for another day!
  • 10. I doubted if I should come back. Yet knowing how way leads on to way, ever
  • 11. Somewhere ages and ages hence: I shall be telling this with a sigh
  • 12. I took the ONE less traveled by, TWO roads diverged in a wood, and I--
  • 13. And that has made all the DIFFERENCE.
