How To Post Images To Wiki

  1. 1. How to post to Young Ebus Artists wiki page
  2. 2. <ul><li>Go to the website </li></ul><ul><li>www.ebus.pbwiki.com </li></ul><ul><li>Your screen should look like this </li></ul>
  3. 3. Login <ul><li>The password is ebusrocks </li></ul><ul><li>Type in your name and email address </li></ul><ul><li>Click on Log in </li></ul>
  4. 4. <ul><li>Your screen should look like this </li></ul><ul><li>Scroll down until you see </li></ul><ul><ul><li>CURRENT </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>WIKI PAGES </li></ul></ul>
  5. 5. <ul><li>Click on </li></ul><ul><li>Young Ebus Artists </li></ul><ul><li>The YEA page should come up </li></ul>
  6. 6. <ul><li>Click on Edit page </li></ul>
  7. 7. <ul><li>The screen should look like this </li></ul><ul><li>Click on Insert Image </li></ul>
  8. 8. <ul><li>Your screen will turn grayish </li></ul><ul><li>Click on Browse… </li></ul><ul><li>to select a file from your computer </li></ul><ul><li>(some of your artwork that you have scanned or taken a digital photo of) </li></ul>
  9. 9. <ul><li>Select a file, click on it </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t forget to click on Open </li></ul>
  10. 10. <ul><li>Click on Upload </li></ul><ul><li>Your image will appear under Image Preview </li></ul>
  11. 11. <ul><li>Click on OK </li></ul>
  12. 12. <ul><li>You will come back to the edit page </li></ul><ul><li>If you like your image, if it’s not too large and you like where it is, you can click Save </li></ul>
  13. 13. <ul><li>If you want to move your picture you can click on it and drag it to a new spot. </li></ul>
  14. 14. <ul><li>If you would like to make your picture smaller, Right click on it and a little box called Image properties will come up </li></ul><ul><li>Click on Image properties and your screen should look like this </li></ul>
  15. 15. <ul><li>You can type in the number for your new size </li></ul><ul><li>200 is a good size </li></ul><ul><li>Make sure the proportions Lock is on </li></ul>
  16. 16. <ul><li>Click OK </li></ul><ul><li>Click Save </li></ul>
  17. 17. <ul><li>This screen should come up </li></ul><ul><li>Scroll down to see your art on the YEA page </li></ul><ul><li>YEA! </li></ul>
  18. 18. History <ul><li>Sometimes when you click save, everything else on the page disappears! </li></ul><ul><li>This is very scary. It may be that your image was too large. </li></ul><ul><li>But not to worry. </li></ul>
  19. 19. <ul><li>At the bottom of the page there is a section named ( history ) </li></ul><ul><li>Click on ( history ) </li></ul>
  20. 20. <ul><li>Your screen should look like this </li></ul><ul><li>Click on the next earlier revision </li></ul>
  21. 21. <ul><li>Click on the button: Revert ‘Young Ebus Artists” to this revision </li></ul><ul><li>The page should go back to its earlier revision. </li></ul><ul><li>Try uploading your image again. </li></ul>
  22. 22. YEA! <ul><li>Thanks for sharing your art with other students! </li></ul>
