Step 2:  D raw the first quadrant to the confluence point Quadrants
Step 3:  Draw the second quadrant, meeting the first quadrant at the confluence point  Quadrants
Step 4:  Add fillets at top and bottom Quadrants
Step 5:  Clean up construction lines and draw outlines Quadrants
Step 6:  Draw a horizontal centre line, and a line at 60 0  to it Elliptical
