BEO – Banquet EventOrder (PART TWO) The menu that is included in the Luscious Dinner Package is written in the BEO as well as the amount of liquor the bar needs to have in stock the day of the event. Although there are 150 guests planned to be at the wedding, the quantity of food Is 160. During a four hour period of hosted bar, each guest over the age of 21 is predicted to have consumed a minimum of 6 drinks.
BEO – Banquet EventOrder (PART THREE) Equipment items include a dance floor, sound system, lighting, 16 tables ( 10@ 60 in.,6@ 30 in.), chairs, fine china, silverware, bar setup, a wedding alter, glasses, stemware and linen. Quantity: 160
BEO – Banquet EventOrder (PART FOUR) The amount of employees needed at this event are listed in the BEO. There will be eight servers working two tables each (16 tables total), 3 bussers, 1 captain of the floor, 2 bartenders and 2 security working at the front of the house while the prep cooks, cooks and kitchen help will be working at the back of the house. Client has requested specialty linens, placemats, ribbons and napkins for rental.
