  2. 2. Presentation <ul><li>Hello we are three pupils of the ies cirviànum in torelló and we want to present you a work of technology, in which we will dismantle and we will name the parts of a bicycle. </li></ul>
  3. 3. Materials of which a bicycle can be Formed <ul><li>- - Of carbon fiber: they are the bicycles that weigh less, but also they are those who cost more money on the market. </li></ul>- Of steel: they are the bicycles mas heavy, and therefore they are the bicycles that cost less money.

  9. 9. The chain <ul><li>The chain is the part that makes the pedals turn the wheel. From the pedals, there is the engine and the main chain transmit the movement to the back wheel. </li></ul>
  10. 10. The seat <ul><li>The seat is where the driver of the bicycle sits down to begin to cycle. </li></ul>
  11. 11. The Pitchfork <ul><li>The Pitchfork is where the front wheel, and the manillar are hold. </li></ul>
  12. 12. The pedal <ul><li>The pedal is where the driver does the force in order that the bicycle puts in movement. </li></ul>
  13. 13. The structure <ul><li>In the picture we can see the structure of the bicycle, where it holds itself all the previous parts. </li></ul>
