  23. 23. <ul><li>Implementation of exercise routine </li></ul><ul><li>The exercise will mainly compose of running in a hamster wheel for a certain period of time, which will be determined according to the mice’s heart rate.   24. 24. <ul><li>Measurement of final heart rate </li></ul><ul><li>After the exercise, the heart rate of the mice will be measured and recorded. This will allow for the computation in the change of heart rate.   25. 25. <ul><li>Repetition of steps using processed grape skins </li></ul><ul><li>The grape skins will be processed in different methods. This is also part of the research.
