  • 9. Concert & Street Dance
  • 10. SWOT Analysis
    • Strengths:
    • Having the concert & street dance helped promote the renovation of the new club house having the concert at The Reserve Club.
    • Band that performed was wonderful, all the members enjoyed mingling and listening to the beach themed music.
    • Weakness:
    • Some of the members were inquiring about a raffle, since they handed in their tickets at the gate.
    • the location of the outdoor restrooms. The outdoor restrooms were placed in an out of way location and not enough light for members to see surrounding the restrooms.
    • Opportunities:
    • I would suggest raffling off a bottle of wine, something that is small and would not interfere with making a profit from ticket sales.
    • An opportunity of having the concert and street dance is you can also help promote other activities and events going on throughout the months at St. James Plantation.
    • Threats: Weather, Outside Events/Activities the same day
