    • Personal Development Opportunities
    • When we’re not fully present and aware, we move through life on auto-pilot. We live by habit, reacting unconsciously to people and events around us. Personal development courses can offer us the tools to create change and actually apply them to our own life.
    • Castle College are offering some part time short courses focussing on areas many students are affected by;
    • Stress Depression Anger
    • Anxiety Assertiveness Self Confidence
    • Food and Mood Goals and Motivation Moving Forwards
    • These courses only take two to three hours per week of your time so could fit around your timetables here.
    • If you are interested in any of these courses then you can either contact Castle College directly; [email_address] 01158 842 749; or get more information from EST.
