business requirement from client.
3 Develop SOW document and revised as per
client feedback.
4 Develop application wireframes document
and revised as per client feedback.
5 PM do continues communication during
whole scoping process.
6 Account department generate invoice for
20% project payment.
7 After scoping, PM assign designer and
development Team. PM give complete
understanding of the project to designer and
development team.
7 PM start designing process and get approval
from client.
8 PM start design htmlization process and
provide html pages to development team.

9 Development team start working on platform
framework and develop system according to
scope of work document.
10 PM provide update to client with demo link
as per development milestone which will be
decided with the mutual coordination of PM
and Team Lead.
11 Account division generate invoice as per
decided payment milestones.
12 After development phase, QA division start
testing of the application and provide bug
sheet to PM and Team Lead.
13 Final Release will be announced after the
approval of QA division and Client.
14 Deployment process will be start after the
clearance of account department.
15 Project deployment and final delivery.
