Internally, Crème de la Crème manages its entire staffing process - from recruiting and placement to evaluation - using eEmpact Staffing Software, a leading provider in the staffing industry. eEmpact enables us to retrieve data and create special reports. Some of the standard reports we are able to provide to customers on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis are:
Number of orders received by us (including subcontractors)
Number of orders filled, unfilled, cancelled or put on hold
Hour and dollar usage by week, month, quarter or year
Hour and dollar usage by contract employee
Order breakdown by skill (by location, cost center, etc.)
Number of contract employees hired full time
Elapsed time (notification to assignment)
