WEBB – MASTERBUILDER CONT. <ul><li>In 1985, Webb began his career with Prudential Financial Inc., where he received his Series 6 and 63 License as well as his Property, Casuality, Health and Life Insurance Licenses. </li></ul><ul><li>He transitioned out of finance into real estate investing, and in the early ‘90s, Mr. Webb built high profile estate homes, and built and renovated historic churches in the South. </li></ul><ul><li>Webb became one of only a few Black Unlimited General Contractors in North Carolina’s history. </li></ul>

However, after redeveloping affordable homes in North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas he took his model national. </li></ul><ul><li>His building experience started at the age of 13 when he worked for his father and older brother who were </li></ul><ul><li>builders. He has gone from mixing </li></ul><ul><li>mortar and carrying tools at 13 to </li></ul><ul><li>the highest level of real estate and </li></ul><ul><li>corporate finance. </li></ul><ul><li>The future holds unexplored potential </li></ul><ul><li>in the real estate market of affordable </li></ul><ul><li>single family redevelopment. </li></ul>

WEBB – MASTER BUILDER CONT. <ul><li>Mr. Webb received undergraduate degrees in both Sociology and Philosophy with a pre-law concentration from North Carolina Central University. </li></ul><ul><li>From 2002-2006, Webb rehabbed $25,000,000 in the single family renovation business, consisting of over 500 homes. </li></ul><ul><li>He has interfaced with private as well as institutional investors.
