In 1985, Webb began his career with Prudential Financial Inc., where he received his Series 6 and 63 License as well as his Property, Casuality, Health and Life Insurance Licenses.
He transitioned out of finance into real estate investing, and in the early ‘90s, Mr. Webb built high profile estate homes, and built and renovated historic churches in the South.
Webb became one of only a few Black Unlimited General Contractors in North Carolina’s history.

Originally his interest was in providing affordable housing in North Carolina. However, after redeveloping affordable homes in North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Missouri, Illinois, and Arkansas he took his model national.
His building experience started at the age of 13 when he worked for his father and older brother who were
builders. He has gone from mixing
mortar and carrying tools at 13 to
the highest level of real estate and
corporate finance.

in the real estate market of affordable
single family redevelopment.

Mr. Webb received undergraduate degrees in both Sociology and Philosophy with a pre-law concentration from North Carolina Central University.
From 2002-2006, Webb rehabbed $25,000,000 in the single family renovation business, consisting of over 500 homes.
He has interfaced with private as well as institutional investors. He has negotiated with not only sellers but with The Real Estate Commission, The State Bar, Attorney General Offices, and even the Securities and Exchange Commission in his efforts to continue to grow and clarify the RULES of affordable single family redevelopment.
Despite his successes he has also survived many challenges from competitors and now shares his knowledge with ALL in “Save Your Neighborhood and Yourself with WAHM.”
