12. Despite the lowest number of training given in 2006, there was a significant increase in the number of people trained. The rise in the number of training are attributable to denominational events: Conferences for Pastors, Women and Men etc.

13. There are many more people being trained now. But the percentage is getting smaller compared to the overall population. In training , are we reaching the percentage the needs to be trained in our local churches in proportion to the number of people we have in the church. Maybe we need to identify the percentage of the people we need to have trained at any given year. Look at the percentage and analyze if the people that need to be trained in leadership are inside that percentage. In 2003, we were able to give training to almost 50% of the people attending our denomination. 2004 was a significant drop in the percentage of people trained. We have not yet caught up in the training strength related to the number of people in the denomination.
