    • Most of the time, people like working in multicultural teams
    • It brings creativity and organization
    • The survey confirmed many prejudices (German people are efficient, Spanish students are lazy)

    • Students did not have to change their habits a lot
    • A significant part of the students would rather prefer working in homogenous groups (20%)

    • Students like working in multicultural teams depending on the nationality of the team members
    • Generally speaking, it brings creativity, efficiency, cultural wealth and sometimes organization
    • Our target is very flexible as they did not to change their habits a lot to work with efficiency in multicultural teams

    • As a team :
    • We decided what was our common goal
    • We chose the different questions
    • We carried out the survey to different students
    • Louis = responsible for the survey on line
    • Sarah, Marine, Jessica & Alexandre = decision which question should be online + check for grammar mistakes
  • 24. Was the survey successful or not?
    • Yes :
    • Enough answers
    • different trends/types of answers
    • different points of view from different nationalities
    • No :
    • Not enough answers from other nationalities than French, German
  • 25. Was teamwork essential for the success of the survey?
    • Teamwork = Positive :
    • Our team members had different skills that where very important
    • As a team the task was easier
    • Being a team helped to find more answers
    • Our cultural differences helped specially regarding the chosen subject

    • Working in a big team was a first for all
