  • 2. THE MAP
    • UAE IS LOCATED IN Middle East, bordering the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf, between Oman and Saudi Arabia.
    • UAE 83,600 sq km
  • 3. UAE Physical
    • UAE is a very peaceful place and it is located in the Arabian peninsula by the Arabian sea. UAE is known for being a tourist’s heaven and also a very good place for big industries to run there business.
    • The United Arab Emirates is indeed a growing country though the desert occupies most of the area of the country.
  • 4. Physical Features
    • UAE is also covered with mountains and valleys like the siji and fertile plains such as the Thaid and Digdaga plains.
    • UAE is also a covered with deserts. Deserts lie next to to the interior plains. As you head towards the Arabian Gulf, you find the long Western Coastal Plain with its Dubai and Maqta creeks
    • UAE has many manmade islands. The waters of the gulf flow tranquilly on the shores of the UAE, hardly will you find rough waves, this would makes the UAE ideal for water sports like driving jet skis and racing boats.

    • The sun shines all the year round in the UAE and makes it an ideal summer resort.
  • 7. Economy
    • The main source of economic development in UAE is the natural resources, which includes petroleum and natural gas.
    • Tourism and financial services are also main economy sources in the U.A.E
    • The currency of UAE is Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
    • There is no taxes in UAE.
  • 8. ECONOMY
    • UAE has grown economically since oil and gas was found in the country. However, although oil and gas production remains the primary source of public income, the secret of the country's wealth is also based on the tourism the country receives mainly from Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Petrol and oil production is mainly in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

    • The population is estimated to be around 4,588,697
    • The country's main religion is Islam
    • 84% of the of the UAE citizens are Muslim Sunni and about 16% are Shia.
    • Other religions in UAE consist of Christianity, Hindu, and Buddhism.
  • 10. Social
    • Though an Arab-Islamic country, you will find the UAE to have one of the most liberal societies among all the other Arab nations and the world. In UAE you will find people from all over the Arab world, Asia, Europe, Africa and the America all coming to Emirates. There is almost no crime in the UAE.
    • UAE is a clean country (mainly Dubai) apartments and villas are modern and large.
    • Religion is the UAE is highly respected and freedom of worship is allowed to all religions. Christian churches have existed in Dubai for many years. Foreign newspapers, magazines, films and videos are readily available.
    • In UAE women are equal to men, and have the same rights as men do, unlike other Arab countries.
