Borrowing Privileges <ul><li>The following privileges are extended to Faculty and University Staff: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Limit of 100 items. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Books, microforms, and government documents may be borrowed for one year. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Bound periodicals may be circulated for three days; </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Current periodicals are due at 5 p.m. the day borrowed. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>See Circulation Services for more information: </li></ul>

Off Campus Access to the Libraries’ Electronic Resources <ul><li>Much of the information on the library website is accessible off campus without any special login. </li></ul><ul><li>To access databases and electronic journals you need to authenticate using your PODs username and password. </li></ul><ul><li>More details are available on the Libraries’ Technical Help web page: </li></ul>

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) - ILLiad <ul><li>Materials not owned by the Libraries may be obtained from other state, national or international libraries. </li></ul><ul><li>Articles are delivered electronically to your ILLiad account. </li></ul><ul><li>Emails notify you when ILL items are available. </li></ul><ul><li>Your PODs username and password are required to sign on to ILLiad. </li></ul><ul><li>Illiad Webpage: </li></ul>

Reserves and E-Reserves <ul><li>Faculty and teaching assistants may place books, articles, or other items on reserve for specific courses in either the Bartle or Science Libraries. </li></ul><ul><li>Physical items may be checked out at the Science Library Information Services Desk. </li></ul><ul><li>Articles, whenever possible, are scanned and placed in BlackBoard by the Libraries. </li></ul><ul><li>Faculty Information for Course Reserves: </li></ul><ul><li> </li></ul>

The advanced search function has a Refine Search tab that can be used to add limits to your search.
