The Project Plan <ul><li>Confirms and expands on the material in your proposal and explains in detail how you will carry out the work involved </li></ul><ul><li>Supported by detailed plans for workpackages, evaluation, quality, dissemination, and sustainability </li></ul><ul><li>After approval, any major changes must be agreed with your Programme Manager </li></ul><ul><li>You will be reporting against your project plan </li></ul>Due : within 3 months of start date See Project Management Guidelines for templates and project planning guidance
