to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with this event including, but not
limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic and the conditions of the course, all such risks being known and appreciated
by me. Having read this waiver and knowing the facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I for myself and anyone entitled to act on my
behalf, waive and release the City of Cape Girardeau, Cape Road Runners, MidAmerica Rehab and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from
all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from participation in this event.

5k: 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Fun Run: 0-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14
Race Day registration: 7:00- 7:30 a.m.
Bring your dog and participate in the Dog Run with your ‘Best Friend.”
A hospitality area will be provided for all volunteers and participants.
