Federal Resume Package Submittal Cycle: “ From the Database to the Hiring Manager’s Desk” <ul><li>First Cut Column: Did you know, out of 200 candidates that submit their resume package for federal employment, less than 50 percent make the initial cut? That means, less than 100 packages will be moved forward to a ‘LIVE’ Human Resources official. </li></ul><ul><li>Second Cut Column: Out of the 100 resume packages that were actually forwarded, less than 40 percent make it beyond the initial qualification review.
