Cover Crop Field Day October 9, 2009

Smith Oak Farm Hosted by Jefferson County Conservation District

The fog and clouds were heavy.

After registration and breakfast, the field day was ready to begin.

Participants learned how to calibrate two kinds of manure spreaders. First was the liquid manure spreader. Jamie Ulrich, State Conservation Commission
