•My research will consist of various genres of music
videos, albums and posters. This is because I cannot
decide on what type to produce, so hopefully this will
help me in seeing what I would be better at.
•I will also look at bands that have created digi-packs
to see how successful they were
•I intend to complete my research at the end of July,
maybe also in the first week of august. Although in the
6 weeks holidays I will also do some research then but
also continue into the planning.

•My planning will begin soon after my research and I
will be creating various plans that include:
Mock ups
Story boards
Scripts
Flat plans
•I don’t want to give a date for my planning to be
finished because I want to plan through out the
duration to see if I come up with any better ideas
•Roughly a good time for my planning to be nearly
completed would be in the middle of September.

•When beginning the creation of the product I will be
firstly creating a rough cut which is just a draft version
of my final product. I will be getting peer feedback at
this point to see what works and what could be made
better.
•Then there is also the final cut, this is my final product
after the rough cut has been edited and all the
appropriate and relevant changes have been made.
•I am hoping for this to be completed by the
beginning of October.

•After my music video has been created I will then
need to create an album cover and a poster
•My research will mainly consist of analysis of album
covers so I will have a decent idea of what to create.
•I will be creating many mock ups of both products
and collecting feedback so I can improve them.
•I hope to have the mock ups completed by the start
of November

•The album and poster is equally as important as the
video so I will still spend a decent amount of time on
them, although from the experience I collected from
the first year of media studies it will be a lot easier.
•After I created the mock ups and made the
changes I hope the final products will be completed
nearing the middle of November.

•After I have completed everything I will then get
feed back from various people, even if they aren’t my
target audience, and see how well the digi pack
worked and how well intertextuality was used.
•I hope to get the feedback within one week and
make the changes within another week because it
wouldn’t take me long to alter.

•As soon as I made changes to my final products I will
then write an evaluation that will include:
What went well
What went wrong
How could I of improved
What my favourite part was
Do I think it was successful
•I hope for the evaluation to be completed by the
end of November

•Now the evaluation has been completed it will be
time for the whole thing to be given in and marked
•At this point, im hoping it will be the beginning of
December
