    • LUTW uses Luxeon lights which use White Light Emitting Diodes (WLED) as their source of luminosity.

    • The term “diode” refers to a type of conductor, that is, a material which has the ability to direct and send electrical currents.

    • LEDs are very durable in comparison to the fragile structure of incandescent bulbs
    • LED technology is very cost efficient, costing approximately $155.00 less to run over 50,000 hours
