  18. 18. IAQ<br />Purpose – <br /> To obtain information from the U.S. Immigration Law Enforcement Support Center regarding a subject’s alien status and indicate if the subject is of importance to Immigration and Customs <br />

IAQ<br />The following information is mandatory <br />Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Sex<br />Offense, Purpose, Car and Attention Fields<br />Custody Status, Contact Name and phone number<br />Additional Fields include<br />Operator OLN, Alien Registration #, Social Security Number, Passport Number, State or FBI Identification Numbers, and Parents Names.<br />

IAQ<br />Query is sent through NLETS to LESC Staff<br />8 separate databases are manually searched by Immigration agents 24/7<br />An IAQ response is returned to the inquiring agency & the local ICE Office<br />Response times vary greatly contingent upon a number of variable demand levels and LESC staffing <br />Urgent requests can be made by calling <br /> 1-802-872-6020 <br />If the subject is deemed deportable, ICE will contact the inquiring agency<br />
