1. TEXTWISE CARD NOTES: TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• TEXTWISE is intended for forwarding of messages bound to International
based cellphones only. Local messaging charges for GSM carriers are
considered separate and still apply.
• TEXTWISE is not intended for use in sending messages to local
cellphones roaming abroad.
• TEXTWISE account is not transferable.
• TEXTWISE prepaid card is pre-loaded with the face value worth of Text
Messages. Once consumed continued use of TEXTWISE requires the
purchase of TEXTWISE prepaid card.
• TEXTWISE is capable of sending messages to over 120 countries, mobile
operators accessible in the specific countries may vary.
• Philippine Wireless, Inc. or PWI disclaims any and all warranties with
regard to the service, express or implied, including without limitation,
warranties of non-infringement, confidentiality and merchantability. PWI
shall have no liabilities of whatsoever kind or nature, as a result of,
including without limitation, failure, error, delay or interruption of the
service, infringement, loss of confidentiality of message and unauthorized
use, abuse or loss of the prepaid card.
• PWI reserves the right to terminate the account in the event that User uses
it for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or for any purpose contrary to the
terms and conditions stated herein.
• TEXTWISE prepaid card is non-replaceable & non-refundable.
• TEXTWISE cards must be activated on or before the expiration date
indicated in the card.
• TEXTWISE-prepaid card is valid for 60 days from the time it was
successfully activated into User's account.
• Any legal action arising from use of the Card shall be filed with the proper
courts in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
• PWI reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time,
without prior notice.

2. TEXTWISE CARD ACTIVATION NOTES:
First Time User:
• ACTIVATE your TextWise Prepaid Card & Save TextWise Admin Number
into your Cellphone Phonebook
• REGISTER Personal ID (one-word name of the person you are texting abroad
& their International number)
• You can now SEND TEXT Message Abroad
Old textwise User:
• RELOAD your TextWise account
• RESUME sending Text message abroad
Activating textwise account:
• Scratch off the protective ink to reveal PIN
• Look for and YM ladyziele@yahoo.co.uk for help
• After you have loaded the reveal pin, follow voice prompt for activation, a
welcome text message with the TEXTWISE Admin number & instructions
will be sent to your cellphone.
Registering textwise personal id:
• You can register up to 10 Personal IDs or Names. One for each international
number you wish to text.
• Type ADD and a one-word PERSONAL ID, then the COUNTRY CODE &
CELLPHONE NUMBER of the person you wish to text using TEXTWISE.
Example: ADD JAKE 628127721843.
• Send message to TEXTWISE ADMIN number:
(Send only one international number per msg. To register all 10 Personal ID,
you must send 10 separate text messages, one for each international number)
• You will receive a confirmation message.
• To see all your registered Personal IDs (assigned names & international
numbers), text LIST to TextWise Admin#.

3. TEXTWISE CARD RELOAD

USING TEXTWISE VIA CELPHONE
• To send a message or for other TEXTWISE transactions, you need to use the
TEXTWISE ADMIN cellular number. Please save the Admin number into
your phonebook for easy access.
• Message confirmation reply will be available for all messages sent thru
TEXTWISE at a rate of P1.00 per message (globe/smart) but for those whose
using SUN it’s absolutely no P1.00 charged will be place and it is depends on
what ADMIN NUMBER you will be with. Users will be given 20 FREE
message replies upon initial activation. Type keyword: REPLY OFF and send
to TextWise Admin number if you DO NOT wish to continue receiving
message confirmation replies* Type keyword: REPLY ON and send to
TextWise Admin number if you decide to receive message confirmation
replies again*.
*Note: reply on/off can be requested anytime.
• For customer service requests made via the TEXTWISE ADMIN number,
TEXTWISE prepaid cards come with five (5) FREE inquiry credits. Once free
credits are used, P1.00 will be deducted from your account for every
TEXTWISE reply to your request.
Note: TEXTWISE provides an unlimited request line via a landline touchtone
phone. Simply dial (02)843-9922, (02)819-5811 to access it. A welcome text
will confirm account reload.
