  4. 4. <ul><li>Through Hotels- Encourage hotels to provide a C2R site free or for nominal fee to conference organizers </li></ul><ul><li>Direct Sales- Wouldn’t be worth marketing to, but if they find us, we should have a way to sell to them </li></ul>Note: “Hotels” also includes conference centers

  10. 10. <ul><li>Market: VERY niche market with loads of others trying to cater to them and little time or interest to listen </li></ul><ul><li>Competitive Advantage: No significant advantages over free options (and there are a LOT of free options—through the hotel, registration companies, free website builders, Google Calendar, sched.org, etc) </li></ul><ul><li>Barriers to Entry: If we do prove it has value, there is nothing stopping the hotels (or anyone else) from developing their own </li></ul><ul><li>Value Creation: Not selling to the people who gain value from it (attendees) </li></ul><ul><li>Distribution: Dependent on individual hotels for distribution—very easy to spend more in sales and marketing than could ever hope to make in sales </li></ul><ul><li>Clients: Those who would be putting the website together are generally more concerned with what happens at the conference itself </li></ul>
  11. 11. <ul><li>Hotels on board- Not just on board, but on board for at least $5/site </li></ul><ul><li>Hitting niche- Need for there to be people that fit into our specific target audience (conference organizers who don’t have a website yet, but want one) </li></ul><ul><li>Infrastructure built up front- Very difficult to sell idea to hotels without a finished product </li></ul>
