People in Oregon
The first people to ever step foot in Oregon were native Americans and the first white man to ever step foot in Oregon was in 1971. People have lived in Oregon for many years they have worked hard for a living. They had to get their own food and water from the river.

Sports
In Oregon logrolling is a famous sport. People in Oregon have played logrolling for thousands of years. There have been high school teams that have done logrolling. One has even got the championshipand it is a lot harder then it looks.

Oregon’s nickname
Oregon’s nickname is the beaver state because it has the most beavers in it. They even have wood to feed the beavers. They always come at night so their enemies don’t see them .

Factories in my state have made a lot of money because of wood. They have made chairs and used almost all their supplies in wood.
