  • About I recently earned my Ph.D. in Educational Technology in Higher Education through Walden University (http://www.waldenu.edu). My dissertation title was Perceived Attributes and Organizational Support Influencing Course Management System Adopter Status in Historically Black Colleges and Universities. I currently work as an Instructional Design Consultant providing expertise in online course design, rich-media content development, and technology integration. I also provide professional development workshops and webinars. I serve as an adjunct instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College in the Early Childhood Education Department, where I teach the Educational Technology course.
