    Я по ней сдалавала свой экзамен. У меня есть 3-е издание, которое в общем-то не слишком уже и подходит. А так, книжка супер. Один к одному то что на экзамене.

    Если честно, то ряд изменений даже на пользу - стало яснее и логичнее. Подумываю о том, чтобы сдаваться по 4-й версии.
    Кстати, ни у кого нет 'сборника' материалов от Rita Mulcahy? ;-)

      • All the processes are named in Verb Noun Format
        • Ex: Scope Definition – Define Scope
      • All the process descriptions are rewritten in a consistent format instead of referring to sections.
        • Ex: Develop Project Charter

      • Data flow diagrams to clarify source and Destination for each process
        • Ex: Develop Project Charter
      • PM Plan & Project Documents are clearly differentiated
        • While project documents are used to assist the PM in managing the project, they are not part of PM Plan
