Power and Associates customer satisfaction study of large business customers purchasing data services. The study was fielded in March through May 2008 and included a sample of 1,004 large enterprise customers. Qwest Business earned the highest score in customer satisfaction for the large enterprise segment with an overall index score of 692 on a 1,000 point scale, giving Qwest an advantage of 27 index points over the major provider average.
