Favorite Birthday Cards, Invitations and Signs for a Special Birthday Surprise.
Designing birthday (and other special occasion) cards, invitations, and signs which feature the birthday honoree in a photo with a birthday theme is a year long project. The opportunity to photograph the honoree: in appropriate setting, displaying just the right pose and facial expressions, with the right lighting conditions, without needing to explain the purpose of the photo only occurs a few times a year.
Examples of cards, invitations and signs in which the honoree is wearing (and/or blindfolded with) a happy birthday bandana and/or holding a happy birthday bear are included in this presentation.
The presentation concludes with sample signs for both birthday honorees and their parents without photos.
Parents and youth group leaders may wish to involve their families or organizations in designing and developing items similar to those displayed in this presentation.
