The purpose of this letter is to inform you of some problems I could realize in the hospitals of
our department Caqueta are:
•The health sector in Caquetá has infrastructure problems.
•Lack of technology and inputs to function and ensure the quality of service.
•This government has been indifferent and has no autonomy. The lawlessness has led to
administrative and financial problems are slow. To date there have not been disbursed
resources, we do not know what will happen with accomplished facts that have been
generated in the process of execution of services in the Caquetá by the health sector. This
government has not started for us with the health sector, which passes through an
unprecedented crisis.
•Malaria is operating with 13 staff, and in no way meets the expectations of coverage the
department should have due to they are dedicated to putting out fires. On the other hand, the
rural areas are not being reached as established by the national government. What is malaria,
dengue, Chagas disease and endemic diseases have increased in Caquetá.
•
I would appreciate it if you as a foremost authority in Colombia Country are interested in
helping to solve these problems that are affecting our citizenship.
