There is something that everybody knows…
…and managers hate to hear!

Developers don’t like to write
documents!

They find it unnatural and….

So here are some tips:

Use a word processor…
…because your IDE has another purpose!

Use headings…
…for chapter and section titles…
…and to generate the table of contents

Use bullets….
…and numbering

Typography is for designers…
…use Tahoma or Calibri for body text…
…and Times or Cambria for headings…

…never Comic Sans MS…
… not even if your life depends on it!

In 99.999%* of the cases, clipart SUCKS
* Conservative estimate

If you get bored and start yawning….
….take a break

Always keep in mind that….
…it WILL end.

Now go write some nice
documents!
