  7. 7. Use headings… …for chapter and section titles… …and to generate the table of contents
  8. 8. Use bullets…. …and numbering
  9. 9. Typography is for designers… …use Tahoma or Calibri for body text… …and Times or Cambria for headings…
  10. 10. …never Comic Sans MS… … not even if your life depends on it!
  11. 11. In 99.999%* of the cases, clipart SUCKS * Conservative estimate
  12. 12. If you get bored and start yawning…. ….take a break
  13. 13. Always keep in mind that…. …it WILL end.
