  • BEFORE THE EVENT
  • Encourage Social Activity • Social icons are great – But you should go further • Social sharing • Event hashtag • Twitter feed
  • Seize the Registration Opportunity • In the registration email, include Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn references.
  • Identify Your Influencers • Ask for Twitter handles during registration • Reach out to registrants – What do they expect from the event? – Do they have topic suggestions? Questions?
