  • 1. ENGLISH CLUB AMK Room 213 (next to the library)
  • 2. Who are you? My name is Greg. My Chinese name is I am the Language Support Teacher for AMK. I am Australian, and I have been teaching English for about 10 years in 7 countries. Just come and see me!
  • 3. What is English Club? It is a place for you to relax, make friends, do fun activities, and get help with your English.
  • 4. Who can join English Club? If you are a JCU student in ELPP or Foundation you are already a member. How much does it cost? It’s free!
  • 5. Listen at http:// media.jcu.edu.sg To Borrow a Book: Take it to the library with your ID card. You may also be able to borrow the CD from the librarian to listen to it. If it has an audio sticker (above) you can listen with your iPad or other device. To Return a Book: Take it back to the library. Put it in the ‘return’ slot if the librarian is not there. http://services.jcu.edu.sg/media
  • 6. Do you have any special events? Yes! We will have special events, mostly on Fridays from 4.00 pm. When can I come to English Club? We are open Monday to Friday from 8.45 a.m. & the room closes about 9.00 p.m. (Though some days the room will be just for classes). Just check the schedule on the windows.
  • 7. What is planned? Class-time activities Writing assistance Board games Special events Music time Pronunciation workshops Technology workshops
  • 8. English Club (Room 213) Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays Starting at 4:15 p.m.
  • 9. Can I speak with you privately? Yes! You can either drop in or make an appointment with me when we are both free.
