  • 5. OBJECTIVE Successful entrepreneurs usually have a clear understanding of what they want and most importantly, they do not allow their decisions to be guided by their emotions. Every business decision should serve the goal of the company. ● ● ● ● ● Business decisions should be made strategically. Refrain from being impulsive. It's important to consider all possible outcomes when making decisions. Remain open-minded and approach situations with confidence. Being proactive can prevent entrepreneurs from being caught off guard. Create a checklist for each completed task that is geared towards reviewing the quality of the outcome. Plan out worst case scenarios and how it will be handled. What is it that will bring the business the most benefit? Focus on that until it is completely done, then move on to the next item on the agenda.
