    Good job Greg. With social media everybody is excited about the tools, but few are actually adopting strategy. Your presentation did a good job of validating email -like Curt said- as the first social tool.

    As a customer of Blue Sky, I very much enjoyed this. As someone who engages in email campaigns, as well as social media efforts, I totally 'got' this presentation. People too often forget that email was the first 'Social Media' tool. They also forget that all these SM tools are just that -- tools. Great job, Greg.
