  9. 9. PhD in Learning Technologies  A PhD in Learning Technologies focused on Instructional, Learning, and Educational Technologies. The PhD is available both as a residency or a distance delivered program.  The new distance delivered option provides ¤  Courses delivered 100% online ¤  Small Cohort Sizes. 26-30 students start each two years ¤  Annual yearly meeting in conjunction with ISTE each June (4-5 days) ¤  Full-time mentoring provided by an Assoc Grad Faculty member throughout coursework and into dissertation ¤  Portfolio in lieu of Qualifying Examination ¤  60 hours + 9 hours tools (6 hours each spring, summer, and fall) ¤  4.5 years program Drs.
