        • SSR can deliver 24 hours of support, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We do this through 2 programs:
        • RMMS and EPS
      • What is RMMS?
        • RMMS (Remote Monitoring & Maintenance Service) provides real-time systems monitoring and notification through a 3 rd party partner.
        • SSR receives the call and based on individual client agreed upon responses (as well as case by case approval), can deploy an engineer to work on the issue 24x7x365.
        • RMMS allows the Client and SSR to know most systems outages during off hours.

        • EPS (Emergency Pager Notification) has been created for clients that want access to an engineer 24x7x365 for any reason.
        • Clients that run 2 nd , 3 rd or weekend shifts use this program to provide support.

        • SSR engineers and/or account representatives work with our individual clients to identify the best solution for their business needs and industry trends.
        • SSR always provides a quote with complete details including any required down payments, estimated delivery date, drop ship location(s) and estimated labor if necessary.
        • SSR places orders every day until 2:00 PM.
        • SSR delivers 97% of all orders within two business days or less.

        • SSR programs manage internal turn over risk. SSR also utilizes a primary/secondary resource.
        • SSR positions engineers with multiple clients with specific industry experience to provide a true partner.
      • What are some of the solutions?
        • Preventative Maintenance Program is designed for our small clients by having an engineer on site quarterly (up to monthly) with a focus on critical PM tasks to keep the network reliable and secure.
        • Part Time MIS is designed for clients needing technical resources on a regular basis from 2 to 24 hours per week.
        • Project Staffing is designed to provide organizations with existing IT staff the resources and expertise to plan, execute and support complex or understaffed situations.
