  • 5. How to upload your publication via IRIS • Log on to IRIS ( • Find your publication’s record or create a new record for it. • Upload the full text of the publication and grant the license for our repository.
  • 6. Getting others to deposit for you… • If you have an IRIS account: – authorise others to deposit publications for you • Email your publication to – You can use a secure file sharing service too • Bring your file into the library for the LRA team
  • 7. After you’ve provided the file… • We will check the copyright policy of the publisher and then do one of these: – Make your publication available in the LRA. – Make your publication available after the publisher embargo period. – Create a bibliographic only entry. • We will contact you once your publication details are available in the LRA.
