General concept (1) <ul><li>Internal CWS campaign needs to feel ‘green’ and embody spirit the organization is trying to achieve </li></ul><ul><li>Spirit needs to be visible and reflected in provided facilities for staff to start, maintain and/or continue green practices </li></ul><ul><li>Three things for considerations: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Identifying where the green level of staff </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Build tension for change and enhance self-efficacy </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Emphasize benefits early on and deal with downsides of change </li></ul></ul>
  3. 3. General Concept (2) <ul><li>Launch Green branding: green CWS logo, with a green tagline which could be the “Enough for All” tagline. </li></ul>

General Concept (3) <ul><li>This would be accompanied by content on CWS’s carbon footprint (with links to explanations and background, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Following the footprint, organizational commitments for reducing waste and CO2 emissions (with brief explanation on how these will affect how CWS works, i.e., CWS will offset all office travel, etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Creation of an enabling environment – content on general to localized green-friendly actions activities, consumer choices, organizations, etc. </li></ul>
  5. 5. General Concept (4) <ul><li>Additional ideas: </li></ul><ul><li>Online quizzes – something light and fun. Quizzes could be tailored to office-specific green habits. </li></ul><ul><ul><li>“ How green am I ?” </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>“ How can CWS be greener according to you?” </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Simple stats made publicly available for CWS staff based on the compiled data of CWS carbon footprint (water use, electricity, paper, etc), with explanations of how individual and organizational changes can affect these stats. Could be posters, digital posters, inserted in CWS internal bulletin. </li></ul>
