        • Purpose 1.2: Identify, set and achieve annual emission reduction targets
        • Purpose 1.3: Assist partner organizations and stakeholders to reduce their carbon footprint
  • 8. Goal and Purposes (2)
    • Goal 2: Act to assist vulnerable populations to adapt to climate change impacts and mitigate human impact on the climate
        • Purpose 2.1: Undertake situational analyses across CWS’s operational regions to develop baseline information on climate change risks and liabilities, and assets and capacities
        • Purpose 2.2: Identify and select priority adaptation-focused activities from existing programs (and evaluation methods for these) according to the results of the situational analysis
        • Purpose 2.3: Identify donors/funds, and/or design and implement fundraising initiatives to support activity and program development and implementation
        • Purpose 2.4: Integrate Climate Change in policies and programs. This is really “directions or adaptations” or ‘sustainable consumption” – we need to get more specific.

        • Outcome 2.1.1: Appropriate research framework and tools selected/developed for regional/country baseline situational analyses
        • Outcome 2.1.2: Research framework and tools field-tested and deployed for use at regional and country level

        • Outcome 2.4.3: Enhanced local/regional/trans-boundary capacity to develop, manage and administer projects addressing climate change risks
