  • 21. Social Diversity The Netherlands has a number of population about 16 million, with 80% of Dutch and 20% of others. The Dutch are the tallest people in the world, with an average height of 1.81 metres for adult males.
  • 22. There is a tradition of learning foreign languages in the Netherlands: about 70% of the total population have good knowledge of conversational English, 55– 59% of German, and 19% of French.
  • 23. Culture Approximately 4.5 million of people in the Netherlands are registered to sports. Football is the most popular sport. The Netherlands national football team is known as one of the best team in the world.
